Vintage Askew-Brink Funeral Service Smaltz Sign japanned Top compartment: 12" W xc. 1920s 1930s; Askew Brink Funeral Home Ashtabula, OH Vintage crushed glass and tin funeral home sign. This piece advertises funeral services by Askew Brink, a former funeral home in Ashtabula. The business was one of two long lived (pun intended) funeral homes that operated in the town before the other location (Ducro) bought out Askew Brink. Features a painted tin surface with smaltz texturing covering the white portions. Exhibits some smaltz loss,
