2020 Caze-Thibaut Cramant Grand Cru, Champagne, France Cazottes A Pinot Noir grown onGrapes are picked by hand when fully ripe and are then pressed slowly and gently. All juice is moved by gravity into steel tank. Once each parcel is pressed, the juice is transferred from tank into a combination of 228, 350, and 330L barrels for a long, cold, and slow native yeast fermentation. Full malolactic fermentation. Time on lees 54 months; Dosage 0 g L; Disgorgement Jan Feb March 2025. The tirage dates are engraved on the bottle, as is the
