Our second rod is placed in the water column above the bottom. We let our bait down to the wind on mark that we want to fish the buoy at and put on our (Buoy Float). The wind on mark is a wind on leader. We place buoy marks at 3 different increments on the spool. Each mark has a loop to attach a buoy. All spools come with a 250lb wind on leader. We
